It has been a while, since i have written anything. I have been really busy with Uni/Tafe. I am still doing really well with sticking to my healthy eating. I have been a bit slack in walking , used to walk a lot but so slack with that, where i live there are hills and due to health struggle with them but At Uni, I do walk seems to take least 10 mins to get to each class.
I do work out dvds. Ab work outs and cardio of about 20-30 mins, at least 3 days per week. I have been told, i have lost a lot of weight so I am excited about that, because I can not wait until the end of year, to see what I will look like and hope i stick to the workouts and see a result with that as well. In June which will be six months, I will post pictures up:) I have pictures from new year had them up but will have to put them up again.
I still every now and then get tempted but not as much as I did at the start, I don't seem to have dreams about junk food any more, The last one I had, i was so tempted to eat a chocolate bar n then i was down on myself for giving up on my healthy habits. I just woke up thinking " what the" it was such a vivid dream, which is nothing new for my dreams.
I am not giving up or giving in and sticking to it and becoming really stubbon , sometimes some family tell me to just have one bite of some chocolate and i won't even touch it. They can try to tempt me but It won't work. Maybe a year or two ago, i would have caved in big time but I must really want it now since I have not caved in or am stronger to handle it. Not sure which one it is. Maybe a bit of both.
My dad, is also cooking much healthier food and it is also good for him so it is encouraging everyone to also eat better. I have dropped about two sizes or so and can fit into my step mum's clothing who is around a 12-14. I still ware a size 16 but at times, depends what the brand is, it is a little to big. So i am getting down to a Size 14 in Tops and about around a size 10-12 in pants. :) I think with pants, i have always brought a size to big for myself, when I didn't need to. Seems i have the problem with them falling down only after a week or so of buying them. Least I am not the only one who has this problem, my dad seems to have it too. I just thought i was strange lol.
Well, I best get back to doing My assignments I have 3 of them to do and are due in a weeks time. Hope everyone is doing well, with their goal. Keep going with it and do not give up:) I started it I want to finish it. I am planning that next year, I will ease up a bit on what I eat but not to much. See how i go I might really love this new eating habit and not change a thing. It at times does get hard to eat out at places, not many options.
