Getting Back on Track

Its been a while since I've blogged. Things have gotten very crazy as of late and it became too easy to let everything I've worked on fall to the way side and slip back into bad habits.

I'm getting back on track. I've taken the advice of a friend (thanks Katie!) and if I only have 10 minutes a day to do exercise than that is what I'm going to aim for right now. I've gotten two days under my belt now of eating the right away again and I feel so much better when I eat right. I'm so glad that I'm back on track.
