Ideas needed for new TOPS Challenge...

Last night I was elected leader of a TOPS group that was dead for quite a while. It's slowly coming back to life after a few months of really working at encouraging and motivating the group. They seem to be doing ok with dieting, but I'd like to motivate them to exercise more. I've been playing with the idea of a new challenge and I'm calling it "Dare, Double Dare, or Triple Dare."
I'd like to put activities on slips of paper and name them in one of the three categories, Dare, Double Dare, or Triple Dare, according to their difficulty. During the meeting each member who chooses to participate will pull out a slip as their challenge for the week. I'm thinking of things like "walk around the block once, 3 days this week" and the like. I need activities for people who are very overweight and out of shape - and they must be free. If they do the Dare they will receive a small reward the following week.
I would really appreciate any brainstorming that you'd like to share. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE THIS IDEA IN YOUR TOPS CHAPTER AS WELL!
