Recipe, ramble about Bernstein and other stufffff.... :)

Hey everyone..

Bored and felt like writing. haha. Im really not sure where this blog will go but here it is.

Oh random thought...(that was quick).
Who likes shak'n bake chicken?!.....I DO!...and most people do. Heres a AWESOME way to eat some chicken that isnt SO plain and its actually virtually NO ADDED calories.

Cook your chicken by boiling it.
Take the chicken and put a coat of egg whites on it and then coat it in the following stuff.

Melba toast (1 is good for one person)
Garlic Powder (1 TSP)
Dash of Pepper
and then whatever 0 calories herbs and spices you want.
(GRIND THIS STUFF IN A BLENDER!)

THEN fry it in a pan with NO butter or anything. Until the egg cooks itself. Honestly takes like 1 minute. AND there you have something similar to shak'n bake HOWEVER way healthier and It taste yummy. Its SO quick and easy to do...I do it almost everyday!!...
Hmmm what else can I ramble about.

Ive been on the Bernstein diet since Feb 22nd/23rd and Ive lost a total of 9.9 lbs. Sooo thats 9.9 lbs in about 12 days!!! thats pretty sweet! im happy with it :) its hard going from losing a pound a day to only losing a couple ounces the past couple days...haha why am I even complaining?...
Ill have to see how it goes over the next couple weeks! Im pretty excited to see how it goes! I hope that I get to my goal by the end of the summer...OR at least close to it...like within ten pounds. I would be SO thrilled!!!

Hmmmmmm okayy....haha what else.

Ugh ive been stressing out about getting saggy skin and etc. It scares me. I guess the reason is scares me so much is because im very familiar with how my body was before I gained the weight and sorry to say it but my body was rockin' (wish I felt that way at the time!....its really true "you never know what you have until its gone!"...) BUT yes im afraid to get down to my 115 lbs frame and have crappy skin. Freaks me out!!! I feel bad saying it because I know so many people suffer from it...and im totally willing to do surgery if it was a absolute need. BUT its the financial part of it that stresses me out too. UGH. I guess I cant complain until I see if it happens or not. I know for one thing though....im deffffffinately getting breast lift and implants! (I wont pull a Pamela Anderson thing ..haha) ill deff go teh natural look and so on. And about the skin...I mean Im 25 and right now I have about 91.8 lbs to lose. What are the chances of loose skin?...is it possible to bounce back??.....



well honestly thats all I can come up with right now.

    hey my girlfriend who lost all her weight she did light weights to help with her sagging skin and she did fairly well, just llight weights every other day bicep curls, tricep dips and then she did ab work to help with her stomach and it seemed to help alot.

    that chicken sounds good. Im going to have to try it!

    I worry about skin as well. Especially in my tummy. At 5'2" and having a baby... I had a huge belly. I hope after losing the weight I'm not completely grossed out by it because it's really expensive to have a tummy tuck. However, I guess great health will out weigh the bad.
