Not on track

Made at myself for gaining grrrr. No matter all the work I put into this the scale just keep scaring me that's why I don't get on that much but, when I do I am so disappointed at myself for gaining that I fall completely off of track for a couple of days and then stack on the pounds more and more. That's another reason to why I think more realistic in my weigh lost goal for my height I supposed to weight in at 162 but, I am aiming for 180 to me it's more of a goal goal for me haven't been 162 since I was in high school and 180 I can put up with that I was 180 before I was pregnant with my oldest so to me its more of a goal it's just that I have to keep going forward and not fall off track.
