Not on track

Thursday, February 01, 2007

Made at myself for gaining grrrr. No matter all the work I put into this the scale just keep scaring me that's why I don't get on that much but, when I do I am so disappointed at myself for gaining that I fall completely off of track for a couple of days and then stack on the pounds more and more. That's another reason to why I think more realistic in my weigh lost goal for my height I supposed to weight in at 162 but, I am aiming for 180 to me it's more of a goal goal for me haven't been 162 since I was in high school and 180 I can put up with that I was 180 before I was pregnant with my oldest so to me its more of a goal it's just that I have to keep going forward and not fall off track.

He Lesa, It will come off. You lost major befor this week and besides that, your body is still healing. Being off track is not about a scale isn't moving. It's about chosing right. Dont beat yourself up just for the scale. Beat the scale up. That's the right choice.

    Take care

I'm aimin for 132lbs first, and then I'll take it from there, just like you. I feel like it takes the pressure off, so you do what you gotta do BUT don't think that you'd never be able to get down to 160lbs. On another forum this woman said the same thing, and now she's passed her "high school" weight. Either way, I'm sure your daughter must be very proud, because your before and current pictures show the great difference in not only your weight but your confidence. Good luck!

Hey girl it will be alright. Sometimes we fall back, but we have to keep on striving to get it. I know you are a very strong willed person and girl you gonna make it in Jesus name. God bless you in every way.

Don't beat yourself up too much kiddo. I live in Hudson Wisconsin and this darn cold makes it impossible for me to walk outdoors. I joined snap-fittness and so I can use their treadmill. Sounds like you have done well over the past year so keep up the good work. Cindy
