I have not written anything in a while, because I really didn't have much to say. Today I am writing because I am feeling proud of myself, because I lost 15 pounds since December 26, 2010. I do not weigh myself anymore, and decided previously to remove my weight ticker from my page, since I knew my behavior with the scale was a little compulsive. I recently found out how much weight I had lost at a recent Doctor appointment. I was in total shock, because I did not know I had lost that much weight. I even asked the doctor was her scale accurate. I am even more encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. Believe me it really pays off. Just making small changes adds up to big benefits in the long run. So to all my Spark Friends, all of the changes you have made will make all the difference in how you live your life.
Congratulations! I decided to only weigh myself once a month (the first Sunday) to keep me motivated. It's worked so far and tomorrow is weigh-in day for me so I hope I get some good results like you did.
