Blogging before internet goes to a crawl

I haven't blogged this week because my usual routine is to blog at the end of the day. Well, Mon and Tues my husband was working on upgrading the computer's hard drive, plus we have had problems with our internet grinding almost to a halt in the evenings.
So, I decided since the daycare kids are gone and I really don't have time to get to the gym before my husband comes home for dinner, I am going to blog.
This has been a productive week as far as getting some of my projects done for my granddaughters. I have finished the toddler bed quilt, the Pooh Growth Chart cross stitch and the baby sampler cross stitch. (I will post pictures later - have to take them first
I lost 1.25 pounds at TOPS this week. We also had officer elections. I have been a leader for at least 4-5 years. I stepped down this year because I wanted at least a year off. They tried to convince me to stay on as a leader or take another position, but I know I needed a break.
I have done my workouts daily.
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
