goal and review of goal

I saw that a lot of my spark pals are reviewing their yearly goal but I don’t have any but do have goal that I wanted to make before I was 50 in July
Things I want to have done by the time I am fifty
1. be at or at least close to 146 well didn’t make it yet but will
2. have gotten my salt craving under control haven’t done this yet
3. have gone a enough strength exercises that I am using a least three pounds dumbbell regularly I am now using 3 pounds dumbell
4. have enough free time that I can join the senior center and join their over fifty senior club decide not to do but starting a senior club at church
5. have a streak going for at least 8 week for Exercising 30 to 60 minutes 4 times per week done this up to 6 or 7 day a week
6. have a streak going for al least 8 week for Exercising for at least 90 minutes per week done this oh I am up to at least 350 min. per week
7. have a streak going for at least 8 week for Praying 1 Hail Mary 1 time per day done this
8. have a streak going for at least 8 week for don't eat at least 2 hour before bed : 5x / week didn’t do this decide I need to eat before bed or
don’t get dinner
9. have a streak going for at least 8 week for do 30 min. exercise a day : 5x / week did this
10. have a streak going for at least 8 week for do strength exercise at least 10 min : 2x / week just started doing this a again and just finish the 28 day official boot camp challenge
11. planning or have gone on a trip with my mom and sister went and planning another trip
12. have plan or done a great party for my twin brother fifties yep did this in july
13. getting along better with mom deficiently mom and I get along pretty good now
14. Given away some clothes for the poor done but need to do more
15. Learn to cook more healthier done this but still learning
Okay new goals
Things I want to have done by the time I am fifty ONE

3. statring a senior club at church
4. have a streak going for at least 8 week for Exercising 30 to 60 minutes5 times per week
5. have a streak going for al least 8 week for Exercising for at least 280 minutes per week
6. have a streak going for at least 8 week for do strength exercise at least 10 min : 2x / week
7.have plan or done a great party for my mom 85 birthday in July
8. Given away some clothes for the poor
9. Learn to cook healthier

10.getting along better with mom and my twin brother
11. trying to eat more veggies
15 tried to make 15,000 fitness min.
16. tried to make 15,ooo spark point
