Breakfast - Raw Caco shake with chia seeds

Snack - Cucumber, Parsley, Spinach, Ginger and Celery juice with Oolong tea

Lunch - Tofu mix with buckwheat sprouts

Dinner - Tofu noodles with broccoli rabe and zucchini with sweet potatoes.

    Will you go girl. I know I can't drink my meals. I just don't feel full. The only meal I drink is a snack and that's a yummy smoothie lol. Keep up the great work since it is working for you emoticon

    I'll tell ya, before eating chia seeds myself, I would've said something like I don't know how you could exist on a shake for breakfast but holy crap 1 tbsp of those things keep me pretty full for 2-3 hours like I've just eaten!

    Wow....talk about not eating much. LOL. If this type of detox works for you then keep awesome. I think I would keel over and die but that's just me LOL. Keep up the great work and remember to get all your nutrients and at least 1200 calories a day!
