I did my exercises. For Breakfast I had an egg and with whole wheat toast with sugar free strawberry jam. For lunch I had a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cumbers, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots and dressing balsam vineargette. For dinner Tuna melt on wheat bread and low fat provolone cheese. For a snack a banana with pecans and tea. All the time is nothing but water.
