End of February Results/March Goals

So February Results First :
Fitness Minutes ~ 2,511 (wow!)
Weight Lost ~ 3.8 lbs
Inches Lost ~ 12 (Yeah baby!)
BMI ~ Down 3.4 (Getting there)
Yesterday was a happy day. I put on a pair of pants I haven't worn in a long time because they didn't really fit anymore (but I didn't have any other pants to wear to work because I was doing laundry at the time) and they fit! Not only did they fit but I didn't have to suck in or anything and I needed a belt because they were a little loose! Totally made my day.
~ 2000 Fitness Minutes
~ Work on my 5k/10k training
~ Lose 8-9 lbs (then I will be in onederland!)
~ Burn as many calories as possible
~ Take some time each week for myself
I'm ready! Here's to a new month.
