End of February Results/March Goals

So February Results First :

Fitness Minutes ~ 2,511 (wow!)
Weight Lost ~ 3.8 lbs
Inches Lost ~ 12 (Yeah baby!)
BMI ~ Down 3.4 (Getting there)

Yesterday was a happy day. I put on a pair of pants I haven't worn in a long time because they didn't really fit anymore (but I didn't have any other pants to wear to work because I was doing laundry at the time) and they fit! Not only did they fit but I didn't have to suck in or anything and I needed a belt because they were a little loose! Totally made my day.

March Goals
~ 2000 Fitness Minutes
~ Work on my 5k/10k training
~ Lose 8-9 lbs (then I will be in onederland!)
~ Burn as many calories as possible
~ Take some time each week for myself

I'm ready! Here's to a new month.

    Great Job CHICA. I am so proud of you.....you have no idea. Us fellow sparkers know how hard it is to change your life and actually stick with it but as you have experienced the results from this hard work is unexplainable in words. I really am proud of you....not because you are losing poundage (that is a bonus) but because you are truly caring about yourself and allowing yourself to take control of your life and live it fully. I really am happy for you and I have not seen you this motivated for anything in a long time. (really actually got teary-eyed for a second). Love ya girlie....you know that.
