Getting Back to it

I have gotten out of the habit of watching what I have been eating, and doing my exercises, Today is the day that I am going to start back in to making sure I am choosing healthy habits for myself and my family, I'm going to try to get to the park today and walk a mile if it doesn't rain on me!!! I'm going to try to start walking 2 miles a day plus doing some cardio and 10 minutes on the gazelle everyday... I can make it happen. I'm tired of being FAT!!
