Fellowship & Another Band

This morning was nice and relaxing. This afternoon we had a wonderful time of fellowship with two couples. We meet every Sunday for lunch and Bible Study at our house. This week one of the guys was in charge of fixing lunch (his wife was going to do it, but she wasn't feeling well yesterday so he took charge of the meal). He brought chili dogs and tater tots. -- That blew my low carb. I was good though and only had half a bun and just a small helping of tater tots.
Tonight we had a band stay at our house. It was interesting - it was the 3rd band that called. The first one never confirmed, then the 2nd one cancelled mid-afternoon. Two hours later this band called. They were going to be here by 7:30, but didn't get here until 9:00. We had supper ready for them. They are doing their laundry and it is 11:30pm.
I wasn't able to get on the internet earlier because it was running extremely slow. I'm tired and will probably head to bed in a little bit - after making sure they are ok.
Today was my rest day - though I did get a little exercise in (I'm counting 10 minutes) by going up and down the stairs getting things ready for the band and vacuuming.
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
