Fellowship & Another Band

This morning was nice and relaxing. This afternoon we had a wonderful time of fellowship with two couples. We meet every Sunday for lunch and Bible Study at our house. This week one of the guys was in charge of fixing lunch (his wife was going to do it, but she wasn't feeling well yesterday so he took charge of the meal). He brought chili dogs and tater tots. -- That blew my low carb. I was good though and only had half a bun and just a small helping of tater tots.

Tonight we had a band stay at our house. It was interesting - it was the 3rd band that called. The first one never confirmed, then the 2nd one cancelled mid-afternoon. Two hours later this band called. They were going to be here by 7:30, but didn't get here until 9:00. We had supper ready for them. They are doing their laundry and it is 11:30pm.

I wasn't able to get on the internet earlier because it was running extremely slow. I'm tired and will probably head to bed in a little bit - after making sure they are ok.

Today was my rest day - though I did get a little exercise in (I'm counting 10 minutes) by going up and down the stairs getting things ready for the band and vacuuming.

Weekly:
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio
C) 3 days of Strength training

Daily: 2/27
A) Practice portion control emoticon
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water emoticon
C) Blog emoticon
D) Log food/exercise emoticon
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople emoticon
F) High protein/low carb emoticon

    When I eat hot dogs I have to have TWO with JalapeƱo peppers , mustard, & sauerkraut. My mouth is watering, just talking about it. You rock!! I don't think I would have been so good. emoticon

    What's the deal with the bands? Are you a "B&B For Bands"??? LOL! I think I must have missed something somewhere along the way! How cool though!

    If someone showed up at MY house with chili dogs and tater tots, I'm afraid I'd have to go grab a couple of pieces of fruit and be satisfied. I'd be SAD though! I LOVE chili dogs! With onions and mustard and cheese! *smacks lips*

    Fantastic job only eating 1/2 bun and a few tater tots! I'm doing high protein/low carb also! Yesterday I made a batch of eggs with turkey links, turkey sausage crumbles, bacon and lots of veggies. I'll add cheese and that will be our breakfast this week.
