Day Of Rest

Sunday, February 27, 2011

Sunday is my day of rest. I dop not do anting on this day. I will start training tomorrow for the 5K.

I am getting excited not too long now the countdown is still on here. % hours 29 min and 33 sec till award time.

Thanks for the respoces yesterday. It is nice to hear from friends that wish me well in enjoying this award show.

It will be over very soon then yo will not hear about it for another year.

We all have our own little things we love to watch and do. This is one of mine and I am not ashamed to admit this obsession. I am not as bad as I could be for sure. There are a lot of people out there who go to sit in the bleachers every year. The are more hooked than I.

When I lived in Palm Springs they had parties where people got all dressed up and met a a hotel to watch and celebrate this day. I use to have parties to but on a smaller scale. Oh the memories I have of what I usse to do. I miss that. It was so fun. You felt like you were really there.

So this will be a very busy week for me. I have a few appointments. Have to see my cardiologist I have atrial Fib and on meds for it. I think because your heart is a muscle and I have had polio and it effect your muscles well it would be understandable I would have an issue. It is under control that is good. I wear a heart monitor at times just to make sure my heart rate is keep under control. Few years back it was way off when I lost weight. I was on a different med then. New meds get better results.

Just sharing I guess, That is enough for today. I have to get myself ready for the show. Have a great day friends until tomorrow.

I use to watch all the awards shows.. not sure why I stopped. I would have loved to have parties and such but none of my friends were into it as much as I was, maybe that's why I stopped.. LOL
