High Carb Day

Another quiet day working on the sampler - finished it.
I was munchie today. I am sooo glad there were no cookies or quick breads in the house!
Tonight my husband got home early and we decided to go out to eat and go to Sam'sClub. We were going to go to Red Lobster, but when we got there it was packed. So we decided to go to Mimi's Cafe. I had only eaten around 500 calories for the day and was hungry (remember I had the muchies!). The carrot raisin bread was delicious. I had the French Country Beef Gratin and a salad. I haven't had potatoes for quite awhile.
I know I went over my carb count. But, it was just one day. I did stay within my calorie limit though just barely.
A) Go to Balance Fitness at least 3 times a week
B) Do at least 5 days of cardio
C) 3 days of Strength training
A) Practice portion control
B) Drink at least 8 cups of water
D) Log food/exercise
E) Exercise for at least 10 min before I get on SparkPeople
F) High protein/low carb
