I have decided to do things a little differently this time around. I have chosen to use this as a diary and post when I feel the need for support.
Dinner last night was 1/2 cup elbows (190 cal)
1/2 cup maranara sauce (63 cal)
1/2 cup mixed steamed vegetables (45 cal)
snack later in the evening was 2 lite string cheese (120 cal) and 2 weight watchers chocolates (103 cal).
Yesterday I wore my Mio chronometer from 12:30 to 5PM and burned 1221 calories. My goal today is to burn more in the same length of time. Will report either later today or tomorrow with the results.
I really need to get online and buy another Omron pedometer - my last one took a spin in the washing machine and did not survive!! Been way too long without one so have lost the desire to walk. When I was wearing it I seemed to be pushed to get the big numbers...seems that little thing helped me much more than I would have guessed!
Breakfast today was spinach/swiss quiche. Ony 1 more piece to go then I will be done with it but I am only eating 1/6 of the quiche at a time so guess that is a big improvement.
No idea what lunch will be but rest assured that it will be a good choice!
