emoticon having trouble with alot of swelling right now. mainly in my legs cellulitus. i get this every now and then and this time it is hanging on and not wanting to let go.
have been following a mostly vegetarian eating plan but have some stuff to eliminate yet. i am feeling so much of a glow in myself since i started eating like this. i love the feeling. i have fallen in love with oats. i have tryed eating it with apple , raisons, cinnimon.
another thing i just crave anymore is red pepers. i cut them up and have them in the frig when i want something to eat. also just love spaghetti squash. man it is the best. and i am learning to make vegie burgers but having trouble making them stay together. i'll keep on working on them because i just love the taste of them. i would rather have them than hamburger anymore
i would really like to pick up on my walking but my hips and legs just arn't ready to let me do that yet.. i can remember when i was doing 3 miles a day. boy not anymore. they say i had a mini stroke while i was in there but other than the weakness in my legs i don't feel any differant.
well my bed is calling me so i will close for this session. love and hugs to all who read this.

Marge, dear friend...I have been missing you...what has happened? You sound like serious health issues have flared up.

I love oats too. They are a favorite of mine.

I hope you are on the healing path.

Contact me when you can, please.
