I will start this off with a positive experience...I went to our local discount mart and bought only what I needed - DID NOT get any chips or junk! Woo Hoo! I am feeling good today!

Breakfast 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 tablespoon raisins and 1/2 cup applesauce.

lunch 1/6 spinach/swiss quiche

8 glasses water

Made a recipe of marinara sauce which makes 7 servings. Will be great with some pasta!

Have decided that batch cooking will be good for a while since I tend to just grab what is easy... :( Not a good thing to do...

have to remember to record my dinners when I make my daily posts though. I am hoping this will keep me accountable in some way for my actions.

Did not actually do "regular" exercise today but did stay active and not sit in the chair as much. Have a meeting tonight so took it easy.

Eating vegetarian is much easier than I thought it would be and there is really a lot of variety with it too!

Ok if I think of more I will make a PM post too.
