Sometimes it's an effort but worth it!

I'm pushing myself to get out there and walk, right now it's the only exercise I can do without feeling like I've been held under water for an hour, but, walking is invigorating and I'm hoping the more I do it the more stamina I get.
Cutting back on foods is not that hard until evening when I sit down with a cup of tea and the craving for a sweet hits but if I'm exercising I guess one little cookie can't hurt, we'll know after Saturday's weigh in.
Hope all you girls are doing well. It's chilly out there again and I'm wishing for the warmth, funny how easy it is to walk for an hour when I'm walking on a beach - all in the mind I guess. Well I'll have to picture myself on the beach.
