i'm doing this for me. my goal is to lose 10% of my current weight in 6 months. that may not seem like a huge challenge but i have struggled to get back on track for a couple of years. i was doing great but have a huge amount of stress in my life. i'm hoping that in establishing a small goal, which is about 5 lbs loss a month, it will help me focus better. we'll see as time goes by.
