Wednesday 2/23 Meal Plan

Br: Steelcut oatmeal w/pears & cinnamon, 2 scrambled eggs, skim milk
Lu: tossed salad, lemon risotto
Di: Corned Beef (I know, I'll be careful to measure out 4-5 oz, and drink LOTS of water to combat the sodium!) cabbage, no-butter mashed potatoes, tossed salad
Sn: Ricotta w/dark cocoa powder, apple
Sn: (Optional) If I exercise I'll have a protein shake, vanilla flavored, mixed with a diet sunkist pop. OMG, so good, tastes like an orange creamsicle!
I also intend to get on the Treadmill today, and do Jillian Shred. I have to pay penance for doing NOTHING yesterday!
