Since I've been tracking my food, I've come to realize that I eat 2 breakfasts! I always wake up before the
and I have a bowl of cereal. Then around 9am I enjoy a full breakfast complete with protein, dairy, fruit and grain.
Hmmm.... 2 breakfasts? Not good. This morning I enjoyed a grapefruit instead of cereal.
