Well Well Alrighty than!!

Well hot dog and jimminie crickets!!! I lost 1.8lbs. Don't ask me how though! I exercised one day, the rest was house stuff. I watched what I ate and only ate when I was hungry, although I woke up many mornings quite hungry that way. lol. But all in all I did it. Now lets imagine for a moment that I drank the water my hubby is trying to encourage me to drink, and I exercised more!!! God help me but by golly Jimminie I may have lost more!!! So what is my goal this week. More than one day of exercise. Drink more water, and continue watching what I eat. I can and will do this!

The bad news, my hydration was low at 42.9 and my body fat was at 41. something so not good. These all can be remedied though. So lets hop to it.

As if the weight loss wasn't good enough news today, my Pandora charms came that hubby picked for Valentines day and our Anniversary Friday. I'm excited. Tonight I will be working on my bracelet. lol. I will end up starting another, maybe that one can have some rewards for weight loss on it. I can only hope at this point since we have to watch money of course.

The pain, depression and anxiety have gotten the best of me on a lot of days, but I have managed to force myself through it and get things done here at home. Something about completing a task always makes me feel good.

The blanket I'm making, yeah 1/4 done!! Maybe smidge more. Finished a book again, Play Dead by Harlan Coben. Now reading a book for book club and a book for me. Kind of hard with the brain injury but I'm managing. All in all the last few weeks have had ups and downs, but as long as I keep my eyes on the goals I can do almost anything!!

What does this all mean? It means that if I can do it, so can all you. Don't let anything get you down to the point where you aren't keeping your eyes on the goal. Do not let the obstacles get in your way! Obstacles are what a person sees when they take their eyes off the goal!! Life is to short to let the obstacles get in our way. Obstacles are put in front of us to challenge us to keep going. So lets do this.
