I was excited about finding this article. It was almost like it was written for me to find. The main theme is about setting realistic goals and not focusing on perfection. I focus so much on the scale, but I truly don't have control over the scale only what my actions are. I need to set goals based on what I can do, like eat well and exercise. I also need to allow myself to make mistakes and accept it as part of the journey.
