I feel like all the work that I've done for the past 30 days has been undone. I had my WW weigh-in yesterday and I gained 0.8 lbs. I worked so hard last week at the Y. But I did however eat out for Valentine's day. That one bad day trickled into each day of the following week. My WW leader said never overestimate how many calories a workout can burn. Meaning, if you eat that candy bar, it's not going to disappear overnight.
This week I'm going to make better choices. However, I'm such an emotional eater. This setback has me craving carbs constantly.
It's going to be a long, hard day.
