Do you have a goal outfit or an upcoming event that is motivating for you? visiting the family on Easter, and want to get a few more pounds off by then; GOAL OUTFIT is my bikini, which I want to be able to wear one day IN PUBLIC and not be ashamed or covered up

Honestly, I rely a lot on seeing my own progress, no matter how small. But I also love the feeling I get when I know that I just pushed past my former stopping point, my former quit point. Knowing that I did more, went faster... But knowing that others are behind me helps encourage me, because I dont want to feel that I am letting them down by not doing all I can.

    You're much braver than I, as I would not have taken a picture of me in a two piece bathing suit. I admire you for putting everything out there for the world to see and I pray that you will continue to stick with it and take it off and keep it off. You go, girl!

    You have fabulous arms. And I really think that once you get back into running, you'll drop inches like nobody's business. I wouldn't be surprised if you were rocking that bikini by May/June.
