Well, for a while my body is on autopilot and all I have to do is keep doing the right thing. I've lost an average of .5 lb since Oct 10, by doing the smailler portions and ignoring the hunger signals, and by telling my body to go and snack on my hip.

It's like wow!
179-178 is the plateau--and I'm there, and if i break it, then it will be the first time that I have broken it in approimately 10 years give or take some years. Wow....i'm at the verge, and humble........I haven't been able to break that since i went slinking up......wow!!!
