March 28 goal

I am going to Tampa for spring break to reunite with some old military friends. My goal is to get down to 152 by March 28. I am currently 163.2 so I'm giving myself about 5 weeks to lose about 10 pounds which is a healthy 2 pounds a week. I think I can do it as long as I track calories and work out at least 3 times a week. I will keep this updated to document if I am making progress.
