Success means more than movement on the scale...

This is my 3rd week doing Turbo Fire...week one was a killer. The HIIT workouts - I swear my lungs were going to explode! I had to pause for an extra 30 seconds to recover so I wouldn't pass out. Week two was a mix of excitement - because I loved the workouts and dread because the HIIT workouts were so hard for me...

Fast forward to the beginning of week 3 - I am down 7 lbs and during today's 25 minute HIIT workout - I survived! I did not have to pause longer in between drills - I survived! To me - that is even better than any movement on the scale - I FEEL a difference - and I love it!!
