It has finally clicked for me. I'm taking my weight loss and exercise adventure seriously. I've joined Weight Watchers, this is my 3rd time over the years, and I'm sticking with it. Over the past 3 weeks I've almost eliminated all soda from my diet and I'm drinking lots of water. I've joined the YMCA and started walking around the track. I'm no longer winded so I'm going to up the ante and start to power walk. My goal this month is to fit back into a pair of jeans that used to be comfortable on me but now they aren't. I've already lost about 5 pounds. I understand that the weight isn't going to just fall off and I have to work hard to get it off but I'm willing to put in the work.
