On Track - Day 23 & 24

I didn't post my blog yesterday so I will do 2 days..Fri & Sat I am happy with my results, drank all my water,Fri walked 10981, Sat walked 12,674 and made healthy food choices..Yahoo!!!
I am feeling positive that I have made a commitment to live a healthy life and have developed sensible coping habits. Breaking all of the unhealthy habits wasn't easy, but it is the most important step I have made to improving the quality of my life. With proper planning you can still enjoy foods that you like. I control the fat, calories and carbs and still make recipes that my family enjoys and it doesn't make me feel deprived. By making lighter versions of recipes it keeps me from making unhealthy food choices and at the same time it helps my family eat healthy, too.
