This month ( February) Is going pretty well. It is day 13, It's heading onto two months now. That I have been without junk food, except for that one day last month.
I am having more strange dreams, that seem to contain junk food in them. The temptation is kind of getting harder. Due to being at Uni, we have days where our lunch is paid for. First day was good, it was healthy but now, they seem to just order pizza and soft drinks, which is not on my list of things to eat. I thought i can have one, it won't hurt but then i think no i am sticking to what i had planned. Start something I finish something. I been told , that I have lost a little bit of weight. I am walking a little bit longer now. I have brought 3 work out dvds and do them with my mum. Dad is making healthy foods now, cos he loves to cook and I won't eat it if it is un healthy or not on my list. At first, he was making foods thinking I would have a little bit but now he knows I am not going to is making nice yummy healthy dishes. well i do not have much else to report although everything is going well still:) I am also waring tighter clothing and not caring what i look like where as before i would ware cloths that where to big for me trying to hide my belly. I am having a little bit more confidence now.
