On Track - Day 22

Yesterday was not the best day, but I would not consider it a bad day..I drank my 8 glasses of water..Yahooo!!! I did not get 10,000 steps but I did walk 8831 not great but it could have been worse..I did not go for my normal walk or do any other exercises..I guess I will say it was my day off, but I am not going to make excuses. I was happy with my food choices at least I didn't blow that..
Today is a new day and I just came back from a walk it is a little colder today, but still nice out..I will be patient about losing weight. I am telling myself to stay on track with my daily routine, and I will make it through. I remind myself that I have patience and commitment to achieve my goals. There is nothing that I can't achieve. I just need to stay focused and keep my positive outlook and things will fall into place.
