On Track - Day 21

Another blog another day yesterday I had a great day..Walked 12,281 steps, drank 8 glasses of water and went for a walk..Well they say it takes 21 days to form a habit and I am on my 21 day of staying on track, lets hope what they say is true.
Instead of animal protein I am going to try more legumes. I used to eat legumes a lot but I got away from doing that. I also would like to get back into some meditation..Slowing your breathing is one of the simplest ways to stop anxiety from over powering the brain and body.
Know that I have become more aware of how I eat. I am paying more attention to my hunger, trying to chew my food longer and eating my meals slower.
