On Track - Day 20

Yesterday I drank all my water..Yahooo!!! This is a chore for me I don't like water, but I know it is a very important part of losing weight. I walked 12,583 steps and am very happy with my food choices..I did not overeat, but I felt a little hungry and that little devil inside my head was telling me to snack but my will power won..Yahoo!!
I have been feeling very positive about my progress and this time I am keeping my goals to myself. I am not telling anyone, my friends or family about my goals I am keeping them to myself. I prefer to do this then I am not questions about how I am doing. I think this adds extra stress to my life that I don't need. I do not have to answer to anyone but myself about my progress. If people ask me I am just going to tell them I am making healthy food choices and added exercise into my life.
