Day 4

I chose to make today one of my 2 days a week without cardio but I got my core workout in. Still being sore from my last core workout I had a lot more trouble completing many of the exercises this time but I am proud of myself for sticking to the routine of getting them in. Hopefully each time the soreness will last less time and I will eventually have completely recovered between sessions.

    I have been working out for over a year and I still get sore every time. My routine is vigorous. but the soreness goes away very quickly once I get started working out. But I remember the aches and pains when I led a sedentary lifestyle that did not feel good that lasted all day long. Workout soreness feels good and goes away quickly.
