2/5/11 weigh in---Running for the gold...or silver...bronze...pe

So I lost 1/2 lb this week for a weight of 180.5. Now, I know my goal was to get below 180, even if it was to 179..But, I think I'm gonna celebrate the .5 lbs because at one point this week, the scale jumped up to 182.5. So, really I think I did pretty well :)
Seriously, I'm still having issues. I want to get back to my old healthy self, but find myself running for the foods that I should be avoiding and don't even like...just because they're there...uh eh..pop tarts! ICK...why?
On a positive note, I did run 1/2 mile stretch...Now, I need to work on running farther. I will usually run for as long as I can *comfortably* run and then be like, eh I tried. I need to run for that 1/2 mile...walk and recover for 1/4 mile and then pick it up again with another 1/2 mile run. Instead, I've been feeling defeated because I can't run longer than a 1/2 mile stretch. Gotta change my mindset a little.
It would be nice if I worked out more than the 1 day a week that I watch the Biggest Loser!
