Hey all!

Sorry I have not been here for awhile, been busy working and hitting the gyms in the am. Goal for the year is to do a half-marathon Woot! Why the switch from competiting to Marathons you may ask? I like to learn new things (OK I LOVE), and I learned a ton about competiting and what I am capleable of once I did that. Once I figured out how to make my muscles grow it was amazing! But now I want to work on some different muscles and see what I am capleable of with running. I would like to do an Ultra someday (those are 50 -100 miles) because it will be a new Challenge. Maybe someday I will put on that sparkly suit and strut the stage again.. we will see what the year brings!
