Weekly aiming to reach yearly by doing weekly, monthly goals .... February monthly goal


I was planning on doing this a few days ago and didn't get around to it. (I know, I'm bad.)
Monthly goal
1. finish my 28th boot camp workout challenge
weekly goals
2. trying to use the us pyramid diet as a guide post
a. keep tracking my calorie 3 days a week
b. tried to finished each week wii challenge on wii fit challenge team

c. tried to do at least 7 of the ongoing challenge on my Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss a week
d. keep up my just dance workout try to get at least 2100 sweat point a week
e. tried to post a challenge once a week for my Northeast Ohio Fat Fighters team
f. MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE: Give a teammate a spark goodie or leave a comment on at least 3 time a week
5. do my winter olympic on my wii exercise team
Daily goals
1. Trying to drink at least five glasses of water a day
2. (No. Fast Food,
3. No soda
4. No sweets
5. SOME KIND OF EXERCISE 30 min a day! (CAN BE CARDIO OR STRENGTH)
6. MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE: Give a teammate a spark goodie or leave a comment on
7. tried to eat at least 5 different kind of fruit and vegetable a day
8. Pray 1 Hail Mary 1 time per day
9. Exercise (Except Walking) 30 minutes per da
