A new milestone I guess! 134.6 lbs.

I am somewhat in shock right now... I just weighed myself and the scale said 134.6 - I can't remember the last time I was below 135 and I am so thrilled that the scale is still moving! After 2 and a half weeks lingering around 136 I was afraid I had stalled. Then on the last 3 days of January I kind of "messed up" by eating a lot more than I had been. I had some alcohol on the 29th and then proceeded to eat peanut butter and jelly out of their jars until empty (they weren't that full but still, more than I'd normally eat when sober!) I still estimated that day to be no more than 2500 calories. The following day (30th) I somewhat made up for it by eating less at 1740 calories. On the 31st I don't know what was wrong with me, the day started out okay but I ended up eating a total of 3600 calories! Part of it had to do with work - my coworker brought in some peanut butter chocolates and I had not had much of an issue resisting treats at work for a long time but all of a sudden I had eaten 15 if them (660 calories right there!) And then we decided to order a Pizza Hut pizza. Anyway, I wasn't feeling too good about myself by the end of that night.
I have still continued exercising consistently and trying to tell myself that I haven't messed up anything just because of those few days... on the 1st and yesterday I ate better and kept on exercising. I had been trying to avoid weighing myself because I usually end up doing it everyday which I know isn't good because I get obsessive about it. But today when I woke up I looked in the mirror and just felt so good about myself and I thought I had to have lost weight because it looked like it (although I always wonder is it really possible to LOOK like you've lost weight over night?) Anyway, I weighed myself and now I just feel motivated all over again to keep on going and working hard! 130 is sooo close! And I guess it might be true that incorporating a cheat day or a day where you increase your calories at least somewhat compared to the rest of the week, really can help with weight loss... I thought I was eating enough based on SP but maybe I need to eat at the higher end of the range...
