Taking it Day by Day!

When I first started this journey and in the past I was only doing 30 minutes of cardio and 15 of strength. I was losing weight, but very slowly. And when I do that I don't burn as many calories so I would really have to watch what I eat. My life is crazy and I didn't think i could handle any longer of work outs, but I started taking hour long classes to keep my mind from wondering into what I "should be doing" and It helps! I don't think about about how behind I am and I'm pushing myself harder so I'm losing more weight and having more FUN!!
I still struggle with self guided work outs, pushing myself harder (to burn more) and staying longer. But I am taking it day by day and the more I lose the more drive I have to work harder to lose more!!
