February-time to get back on track...

Let me begin by saying that I joined Spark in May of 2010 with hopes of losing 20-25 pounds by December. By October, I had lost 21 pounds and was feeling terrific about my self esteem and my body.
My father and I were opening a new restaurant in November and I was stoked! However, all the stress I have had since then with getting things rolling and especially with the relationships I have with the other manager and chef have taken a toll on my Sparking ability and my body. The strains from these relationships made me depressed and I all I wanted to do was eat out and drink. I gained nine pounds back and didn't know what to do so I just kept eating whatever I wanted. Guess I didn't learn that much about eating the first time around...
I see February as a great opportunity to jump on the wagon again and get back to counting calories and cooking healthy(It has been hard to diet while working 6 days a week in a place that serves delicious risotto, pasta, creamy soups, etc. ahh) Exercise has not been a problem for me though. I workout at night 3-4 times a week after work and try to burn 2000 calories a week. I've been pretty successful for the most part but it is the food that is bringing my weight up. Guess I need to start packing lunches to bring with me to work lol. Now that my schedule is finally set I hope I am on the right track. Wish me luck!
