Exercise, Exercise and more Exercise

I haven't been sparking as I should. It just seems that I never have time to just sit and write anymore. Dale and I have faithfully been going to the YMCA at 5AM every Monday - Friday and I go on Saturday mornings as well. Also, I started taking a water aerobics class on Mondays -Thursdays at 1 PM. It has been very enjoyable so far. Tomorrow, I will try a body pump class for the first time. That class meets at 5:15 on Mon., Wed. and Friday. Hope that I can find my pace soon. Needless to say, by the end of the day, I am exhausted and fall asleep on the couch trying to watch the news.

Nutritionally, I have been doing ok, just need to get my portions sized down. I have always had a tremendous appetite and now with all the exercise that I am doing, I feel famished all the time. I am trying to keep my meals healthy, but I find myself looking for nibbles here and there throughout the day. My weight has been holding steady, which is OK, but would like to see the pounds start dropping off again. For now, I guess, I should just be happy not to be gaining. I did read that muscle weighs more than fat, so hopefully, the reason the weight has not been falling is because my fat is turning into muscle. I can see a big difference in my appearance and am able to wear things that I couldn't fit into for years.

    So glad to hear from you and that things are going well. Not gaining is always a big plus! I so miss my aquafit.. Recovering from elbow replacement surgery and its another four weeks before I will be allowed to start using my arm and hand :(
    Make sure there are only healthy nibbles around!
    Also make sure your Fitness Tracker is reflecting accurately what you are doing in fitness minutes in a week -it will affect the calories you should be having..Get good protein at each meal to ward off the hunger...
