On Track - Day 15,16 & 17

Friday was a great day: drank my water, got in my steps and even did the shred. Saturday and Sunday where a different story. I was away for a hockey trip with my son. As much as we all want to stay focused with our healthy eating and exercise routine, we all mess up sometime, my slip up was the weekend. I didn't do anything that I was suppose to do. The worst was giving into the temptations of food and drink. The only good thing about the entire weekend is that I have forgiven myself. I am not going to let this take over, I have dedicated to much time and effort and I am not going to through in the towel now. I am going to stay strong and keep my mind focused.
Let something end so something better can happen!!
