Carebears 5% Weight Loss Challenge

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on the carebears 5% challenge team, especially the leaders who took so much time to run the challenge - it is appreciated! I am proud of my success over the last few weeks. Sometimes it feels like I stop making progress but then I just need to look at the stats and realize I really have done well! 5% would've been 135 lbs. but I got pretty close!
Starting Weight 12/04: 142.2
I plan on continuing to work out regularly as well as eat healthy the best I can and keep tracking calories. I am working on trying to weigh myself only once a week because I do tend to become obsessive about getting on the scale and putting too much thought on that number. Bring on February!
