Hi all, I know that I have said this before but this time I mean what I am going to say. Start on Tuesday Feb 1, 2011 I will be back blogging when I can and tracking my cardio and strength. Last year was not a good year for me and I am going to make sure that this year is not going to be like last year! So, please anyone of my friends or even people that I don't know if you see that I haven't posted anything in a day or two check in with me to see why and keep me moviated.! All, I know is this is going to work this time. Even though I don't have much to lose and I don't think it is a diet! more of a life style change of eating right and taking care of my body. I need help! So, what do you say? let's "JUST DO IT"
