Woohoo! I lost 5 pounds.

I am very excited about a 5 pound weight loss for the month of January. I haven't lost any amount of weight in years -- (however, I did put some on). Hopefully, this is just the beginning as I have about 30 pounds to go. The only changes I have made are using a smaller plate (and making sure my whole meal is on it), recording the foods I eat, and using the nutritional tracker (available on this website). It is also very helpful that hubby is trying to lose weight as well.
