Progress After 12 Days

Well I have to say that I am surprised with myself. Its been 12 days and Im still keeping up with this stuff (mostly...) Theres been a few days that I've slacked off. The past few days I haven't drank as much water as we're supposed to. As far as the food goes..I've been doing pretty well. I've gone over my calorie range a few times but honestly, its not because I'm pigging out. I still love my carbs & its hard to not eat so much.
So I guess in a nutshell--I'm still adjusting & trying new healthy habits!
I am excited to find an interesting (but healthier!) recipe that could possibly take care of my toaster strudel cravings! LOL
