Progress After 12 Days

Well I have to say that I am surprised with myself. Its been 12 days and Im still keeping up with this stuff (mostly...) Theres been a few days that I've slacked off. The past few days I haven't drank as much water as we're supposed to. As far as the food goes..I've been doing pretty well. I've gone over my calorie range a few times but honestly, its not because I'm pigging out. I still love my carbs & its hard to not eat so much.

So I guess in a nutshell--I'm still adjusting & trying new healthy habits!

I am excited to find an interesting (but healthier!) recipe that could possibly take care of my toaster strudel cravings! LOL emoticon

    Thanks for the comments!! :) I think the biggest thing for me was the coffee. Im a big coffee drinker. I thought I had to cut it out completely and that is what I did at first. Then I learned that coffee itself has pretty much no calories, and all the sugar & creamer that I was adding to it had all the calories. So I learned there are ways to drink healthier coffee rather than cutting it out. Now I just add a packet of no calorie sweetener & 3 teaspoons of Lite plain creamer (10 cal per tsp.) Its working out for me. emoticon

    Keep up the great work. I found taking it slow is the best way to go. I think I started too fast this time, too much exercise, not enough food. going to try to change some things for next week. emoticon
