On Track - Day 14

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water, walked 10,306 steps. I could be happier about my meal choices yesterday I shouldn't say choices I should say with the size of my meal. We had so much snow it seemed like I shovelled forever, Oh Yeah I did!!! I did 2 shifts the first I shovelled the driveway and that took me 1hr., 50 mins..By the time I was done I went over it again it was snowing that much. Of course, the plow had to come by..back I go to shovel out the front of the driveway..this is the hardest part. At 4pm I went out until 5:50 and shovelled my 3 walkways. The snow was past my knees I couldn't believe it. I have never shovelled so much snow in my life and I have had my share of shovelling. My husband goes to work for 5am and I stay home all day.. I can do that much for him. He would never expect me to do it but he was happy I did..I don't feel to bad today my lower back a little stiff but nothing serious. That is all the exercise I did yesterday and me believe me..it was enough. I need to do more cardio to get my heart going and burn more fat. Need to get that Shred out that will do it..I am happy with my results lost 6lbs since Day 1..I can't ask for more than that. I know I have to pick it up to keep the results coming. I need to lose 4lbs to reach my 1st goal weight, middle of Feb., it is not an unrealistic goal I can do it!! My second goal would be to lose another 10 - 15lbs. This would get me back to where I was when I left spark last year. No snow today Yahoooo!!! Beautiful day.
