Hi all, I hope everyone is achieving their goals so far this year! This for Sara Hambidge or anyone that might know. Sara I see that you are a physical therapist and I need some answers. Last year I fell and broke my wrist and after I got my cast off I went to therapy for it and then had to go back for therapy for my shoulder, my therapist gave me moves to do at home for both and I have been doing them, but I want to increase what I do with the spark people workouts (exercise tip of the day) so I was wondering what exercises I could do for my wrist and shoulder? I have been printing them out and putting them into a notebook. Also are all of those workouts strength workouts? Hope you or anyone else can help me!
